Multi-order agreements
Select eligible orders for the same customer and bring them into one agreement while keeping each order line distinct. Scion, rootstock, quantity, delivery period, price, royalties, payment stages and comments stay with the relevant order.
The agreement is generated from the records instead of being rebuilt manually from a separate spreadsheet or document.
Agreements & DocuSign
Review the agreement, recipient, subject and signing message before sending. Track signing status and retain the signed document with the agreement workflow.
NurseryOps keeps the paperwork tied to the order instead of leaving staff to chase a PDF through inboxes and folders.
Staged dispatch
Record the quantity actually leaving, its dispatch date and the stock selected. Partial dispatch supports orders collected or delivered in stages, while retaining the history of what left and what remains.
